Popular Telugu TV actress, Naga Jhansi committed suicide at her residence in Hyderabad by hanging herself on Wednesday.
The 21-year old actress is said to have taken such an extreme step after a failed relationship with her boyfriend Surya aka Nani. Jhansi and Nani are said to have been in a relationship for a while now but Nani's parents were against their relationship.
They were unhappy with him planning to get married to Jhansi and this did not go down well with her. Police officials reached her residence after they were informed by neighbours of the actress' death.

Officials shifted her body to Gandhi Hospital and have started investigating the case. Reportedly, police officials are waiting for the post-mortem report and will begin their investigation after that.
Jhansi is known for her role in popular Telugu daily soap Pavitra Bandham. The actress hails from Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh and lives alone in Srinagar Colony in Hyderabad.
This is not the first instance when a celebrity from the Indian entertainment industry has resorted to such an extreme step.
In the past, popular supporting actor Vamsi too committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling after a rocky marriage.

Eleven Nigerians die of COVID-19 in South Africa

  The Nigerian Union in South Africa (NUSA) Says 11 Nigerians have so far died of COVID-19 in the country.   In a statement released, the president of the union, Adetola Olubajo, said that the COVID-19 deaths were for Gauteng Province alone, adding that the union is yet to receive figures from eight other provinces in South Africa. Two herbalists arrested for fraud in Enugu State

                       Two suspected fraudsters, Akin Ogunsemi and Shina Fatola, who specialised in masquerading as herbalists to defraud unsuspecting members of the public, have landed in police net in Enugu. According to Punchng, the suspects are said to be indigenes of Ijebu Igbo in Ogun State. They were apprehended at Ukwuoji, Enugu, on May 1, 2018, by men of the police Anti-Cult Unit. Items recovered from them are some fake foreign currencies, charms and other suspected shrine materials.
