MEGAN'S FINAL MOMENTS Chilling CCTV of teen Megan Bills laughing with man hours before he ‘murdered her to fulfil snuff film fantasy’

THIS is the chilling moment a teen laughed and joked in a supermarket with the man accused of strangling her to death during a "snuff movie fantasy". Ashley Foster, 24, had only been released from jail three days before allegedly murdering 17-year-old Megan Bills during a sex game. Haunting CCTV reveals to jurors the teenager's movements just hours before she was killed, wrapped in clingfilm and shoved in a wardrobe at a hostel for former lags. It shows churchgoer Megan laughing and joking in a supermarket with Foster as they bought cans of soft drinks and Rizla cigarette papers. They then make their way to the hostel in Brierley Hill, West Mids, on April 16 where Megan is seen entering Foster's room - the last time she was seen alive. Jurors at Wolverhampton Crown Court heard Megan's badly decomposed body was discovered three weeks later. Benue Killings: Why we’re not going after killer herdsmen now – Police

The police in Benue are holding back on their offensive against suspected killer herdsmen on rampage across the North-Central state, saying they would prioritise an immediate succour and enduring tranquillity for the affected communities instead. The Benue police commissioner, Bashir Makama, informed PREMIUM TIMES on Wednesday night that the police are concentrating their energy and resources towards a safe return of recently displaced residents to their communities. “Let there be peace. Let there be calm. Then, the suspects can be followed and arrested,” Mr. Makama said by telephone amidst demands for government clampdown on the culprits which followed widespread outrage about the killings. But anti-open grazing campaigners faulted the police tactics, warning that the comments could fuel speculation that the federal government was colluding with the herdsmen. “You beat the iron while it’s still hot, that’s the blacksmith principle,” said David Ogbole, a Pentecostal preacher
