Terry crews' sexual assault claims against agent Adam Venit rejected

Terry Crews' criminal complaint against agent Adam Venit has been rejected by both the L.A. County D.A. and the L.A. City Attorney.
Crew earlier filed a report claiming that William Morris Endeavor agent sexually assaulted him. He said Venit grabbed his genitals during a Hollywood party in February 2016.

TMZ has now learned that the District Attorney rejected a felony filing and sent the case to the City Attorney, who concluded the case was barred by the statute of limitations. The statute for a misdemeanor is 1 year and the incident occurred since February 2016, that is 2 years ago.

The D.A.'s Office tells TMZ the case didn't rise to felony level because Venit did not make contact with Terry's skin when he allegedly grabbed his genitals, and also because Venit didn't restrain Terry. If the District Attorney felt it was felony conduct she could have filed the case because a felony would have been within the statute of limitations.
Crews has filed a civil lawsuit against Venit.

NAF Commissions Another Combat Aircraft, Inducts Additional Vehicles For Base Defence

In its continued efforts to boost its airlift and combat support capability for Armed Forces’ operations across the country, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on the 29th of January 2020, ‘accepted’ back into service another C-130H aircraft, NAF 913, after a successful Periodic Depot Maintenance (PDM) within the country at the 631 Aircraft Maintenance Depot (631 ACMD), Ikeja, Lagos. According to its spokesman, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, this brings to 2 the number of C-130H aircraft successfully reactivated in-country within the space of one year after NAF 917 was commissioned on 24 June 2019 upon completion of in-country PDM. Abuja-based businessman beaten to death by unknown assailants in Enugu

An Abuja-based businessman was beaten to death by unknown assailants in Enugu. The deceased, Chinedu Nzegwu popularly known as Obroshoo by friends, was attacked by the assailants few days before his return to Abuja. They reportedly hit him with a stick on the head leaving him for dead. Late Nzegwu, a Pure and Industrial Chemistry graduate of the University of Port Harcourt,  is a former student of Dennis Memorial Grammar School DMGS, Onitsha, Anambra State. His friends and family members have taken to Facebook to mourn his tragic death. One of them Nwachi Viktor, wrote: "Murdered in cold blood in Enugu by fellow ndi igbo. Another young and hardworking man from Onitsha.He was my junior in Dennis Memorial Grammar school Onitsha. Trying to understand why they had to beat him to death,he was never a thief and came from a good home. Rest in peace Chinedu Nzegwu. No one is safe in Nigeria!"
