                                                    Recent graduate who just completed NYSC is hacked to death as he tried to prevent a robbery (graphic photo)A man who just completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has been killed while trying to prevent a robbery.
Samuel Audu was hacked to death with a machete at Low-Cost, Akwanga Council Area of Nasarawa State while trying to stop a thief from stealing bags of cement from a house where he was employed to fix Plaster of Paris (POP) Ceiling. In the process, the machete-wielding attacker hacked him to death.

Journalist Eche Amos shared the story and revealed that the incident happened between 8-9pm on Thursday, December 20th, 2018.
The incident has been reported to the police in Akwanga and the corpse of the deceased has been deposited in a mortuary.

Nigerian national accused of stabbing wheelchair-bound woman 116 times in the US

                                  A Nigerian man stabbed a 62-year-old wheelchair-bound woman 116 times, leaving her partially disembowelled. Kehinde Afolayan, 31, allegedly murdered Deborah Lynch, 62, at her home in South Milwaukee last Friday. He was arrested and charged on Tuesday with first-degree intentional homicide and use of a dangerous weapon, in connection with the Friday attack. Sosoliso Plane crash survivor & singer, Kechi, undergoes another surgery

                                 Kechi Okwuchi, one of the two survivors of the December 2005 Sosoliso plane crash, has undergone another surgery. Kechi took to her Instagram page to reveal she went for another surgery on Tuesday 8th of January 2019.  Posting photos from her hospital bed, Kechi wrote "I had surgery this past Tuesday guys, so I’ve been off the grid for a bit?? I had a full thickness skin graft, which is basically cutting viable skin from one part of the body and pasting it elsewhere, in this case, my neck. The goal is to release tension caused by heavy scarring in my neck ..anyway! Day 3 post op and I’m feeling stronger already so I thank God!" Kechi who has said a number of surgeries since she survived the Sosoliso Airlines Flight 1145 crash on December 10, 2005, was a finalist at the twelfth season of America's Got Talent in 2017.
