EFCC Arraigns Businessman Over N3.2m Scam The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, today April 12, 2017 arraigned one Owen Njoku before Justice Sailu Saidu of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on one court charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of Three Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N3, 250, 000.00) only.
