Osama, Last Jailbreaking High Profile Killer Linked To Senator Dino Melaye Arrested


Kabiru Seidu a.k.a Osama, the last of the suspected criminals linked to Dino Melaye, a Senator representing Kogi West was allegedly planned and coordinated their escape from Police cell with the aid of some Nigeria Police officers at the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Lokoja has been rearrested.

Osama was one of six suspects who broke jail last week, others include Nuhu Salisu a.k.a Small, Aliyu Isa, Adams Suleiman, Emmanuel Audu and Musa Mohammed they all escaped from ‘A’ Division of Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) detention in Lokoja in Kogi state, where they were being held pending their court appearance with Mr. Melaye who was also been declared wanted by the police.

Kabiru was arrested in Bauchi on Sunday night and has since been taken to Abuja by police detectives. Police sources said they've now arrested all the jailbreakers who colluded with Senator Melaye to destabilize Kogi state. Since the rearrest of the criminals a few days ago, Melaye has not said a word although he gave the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Kpotun an ultimatum to produce the fleeing criminals during a Senate plenary last week.

Two friends arrested for allegedly gangraping 17-year-old girl in Jigawa

  Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Jigawa State Command, have arrested two men, Abubakar Usman (18yrs) and Ya'u Sa'idu (20yrs) both of Gidan Ruwa Quarters, Kazaure LGA for allegedly gangraping a Seventeen (17) year old girl of the same address.   A statement released by the spokesperson of the command, Adamu Shehu, says the two friends connived and gained unlawful entry into the family house of the victim on Wednesday, 9th September 2020 around 4am.   ''They met her asleep in her room with her two sisters. THE EPIDEMIC OF FIRE OUTBREAKS

•Federal service should get its act together Bad news about the frequency of fire outbreaks as well as the inadequacies of fire management in the country is worrying indeed.  According to a report, there were “about 50 fire outbreaks recorded in a space of one week and 40 of them occurring in Lagos State alone.” Following a major fire outbreak at a plastic factory in Oshodi, Lagos, the Commissioner for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Relations, Seyi Oladejo, reportedly said the state recorded about 40 fire incidents in two days, between February 17 and 19.
