A police Officer at Kapujani Police Station in Katakwi district, Uganda shot dead three people, including his girlfriend and the Officer In charge of the station before drowning himself in a river.
Deputy Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango said the incident happened on Tuesday at the Kapujani Anti-stock Theft Detach.
