The executive director of projects at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Cairo Ojougboh, says Nigeria will break if the commission releases the list of highly placed Nigerians who have benefitted from contracts awarded by the commission.   The NDDC has been in the spotlight after the National Assembly launched an investigation into allegations of financial recklessness in the commission. The judge held that it was a contravention of the fundamental human rights of the soldier not to be allowed to see h...

Mr Payne, 80, was found dead on Monday afternoon, at about 3pm. All three slain elderly pensioners sustained serious head injuries, detectives confirmed.   Officers believe the killings in Exeter are linked due to similar 'significant level of injuries' and also due to the 'level of violence'.  Mr Payne and twin victims Dick and Roger Carter, 84, were all reclusive bachelors.  According to reports, Lewis-Ranwell was 'not talking' to police.
