American woman allegedly kills her 2-month-old daughter by throwing her out of a moving car in Bali

American woman allegedly kills her 2-month-old daughter by throwing her out of a moving car in Bali
A mother from California has been hospitalized after she allegedly killed her baby girl by throwing her out of a moving car.
Nicole Stasio, 32, who had worked as a yoga instructor and health coach, gave birth to her child just two months earlier in Bali but she allegedly killed the child then tried to later commit suicide.
A guide and driver allegedly told local authorities that Stasio had been in Bali since July. Her parents had joined her for the first 10 days of her trip but they left before Stasio welcomed her daughter in September.
On Tuesday, Stasio  planned to return to California. But, according to her driver Wayan Siaj and tour guide Made Arimbawa, both of whom had been with Stasio throughout the duration of her trip, she changed her mind and asked them to take her back to the town of Ubud.
As they drove back, Stasio sat in silence before she allegedly threw her 2-month-old daughter out of the car.
Siaj and Arimbawa told police they did not notice she had thrown the baby from the vehicle. Shortly after, Siaj and Arimbawa watched as Stasio suddenly jumped out of the car at an intersection in Denpasar, they told authorities.
Stasio was taken to Bali Mandara hospital to be treated. Her daughter was eventually found by villagers less than a mile away. The baby had severe injuries and later died at the same hospital Stasio was being treated at.
Stasio hasn't been questioned because she is hospitalized in "a severe state of depression".
It was revealed that when Stasio's parents asked about the baby's father, she refused to answer. It was also disclosed that she gave the impression that she was unmarried and her family preferred that she give birth to a child abroad, like they were trying to avoid something.

American rapper DMX gets lighter sentence after his lawyer played his song in court to sway judge during sentencing

During the rapper's recent sentencing, his attorney played the judge "Slipping" an old rap song by DMX and it is believed this helped reduce his sentencing from a possible 5 years in jail to only 365 days. Below is how Boston 25 is reporting it: "A judge heard a DMX rap song before adding his own lyrics to a court proceeding on Wednesday, ordering the rapper imprisoned for a year in a tax fraud case. U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff took requests, accommodating DMX's desire to hear his autobiographical hit "Slippin'" before DMX faced the music over his admission of guilt. The judge called DMX's fraud a "brazen and blatant" crime that could not go unpunished. The 47-year-old rapper, known to law enforcement and the courts as Earl Simmons, has been incarcerated since...

Cunning man tricks woman into having sex by saying he'd been poisoned and needed to "sweat it out" or he'd die

A 24-year-old man tricked a woman into having sex with him by telling her he had been poisoned and the only way he would survive is if he sweated it out. Police reports said the man, from Rotorua, New Zealand, went to the victim's house "red faced and bent over holding his ribs". They said he told the woman he had been beaten up and was forced to drink a poisonous liquid. He told her there was no antidote and he would die within 48 hours if he did not sweat it out and the woman suggested he should go for a run. But he told the woman that going for a run would not work as he would need to sweat in a "particular way". He also claimed the person who poisoned him was flying overseas and the only remedy was for him to have sex and sweat it out.  Shortly after the encounter, the woman started getting emails from an unknown sender verifying the man's story. The messages told her she w...
