Motorcyclist Had His Leg Run Over and Flattened by Truck

Pair of young men crashed their motorcycle and one had his leg run over by a truck. The destruction the truck caused to his leg is colossal. That’s about the only word I can think of when trying to describe the level of trauma.
At 0:13, the fellow sits up and just shakes his head while looking at his flattened leg. It was that moment of realizing that he will never ever walk normally again. This whole leg is a goner. It will likely need to be amputated at the hip, or close to it. Damn…
I do not know where exactly this happened. Thailand, perhaps?
