Breaking: Official: Ambode Bans VIOs Permanently From All Roads, Bans FRSC From State Roads



 State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode on Tuesday announced a permanent ban on the State Vehicles Inspection Officers, VIOs from operating in all Lagos roads.
The governor also ban the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, from operating on state roads in the metropolis, except on federal Highways.

22 suspected Internet Fraudsters arrested in Owerri

  Operatives of the Uyo zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), have arrested 22 suspected internet fraudsters at different locations in Imo state. The all-male suspects, whose ages range between 20 and 41, were arrested recently at “Sight and Services” within “World Bank”, in Ugwuma Town and “Road Safety” by Toronto road, Egbu, Owerri, Imo state. The suspects are: Chinonso Anozie Frank, Ogadibo Victor Chikeluba, Clinton Njoku Onyekachi, Okoro Edwin Chigozie, Anozie Chibuzor Harold, Anyaeriuba Canice, Ogbuehi Anderson, Okere Nonye, Njoku Paul Chibuike, Ndalaka Felix Chukwuebuka and Anele Chibuike Timothy.
